About

Hadas Hay (b. 1997) is a Jerusalem-based visual artist working with photography, video art, 3D modeling, photogrammetry, and installation. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from Bezalel Academy (2023). Her practice explores the intersection of reality and digital spaces, focusing on preservation, memory, and the shifting boundaries between the physical and virtual.
Through digital preservation techniques, she examines what is at risk of being lost, using technology as a tool for archiving and reimagining. Her work moves fluidly between still and moving images, 3D simulations, and immersive installations, challenging conventional notions of documentation and representation.
In addition to her artistic work, she was an assistant at Bezalel Academy’s green studio for digital production, specializing in lighting, photography, sound, and live production. She currently leads a GIS mapping workshop, integrating digital tools into spatial analysis and artistic research.
